Digital Products

Given the digital nature of our products (PDFs, Google Drive links, etc.), all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and access is granted, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

We strongly encourage you to review the course details and features on the course page before making a purchase.

Exceptions

We will only consider a refund in the following scenarios:

• Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us at notessearchin@gmail.com within 24 hours with your transaction details. We will refund the duplicate transaction.
• Payment Failure but Debited: If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the money is usually refunded automatically by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us.
